The course
What's Pilates Method?
Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility.
How is the class?
This class will be an energetic session. We will maintain the flow of movement to feel our bodies work and give our minds breaks from other daily activities. This lunch break pilates session will activate the whole body offering a combination of strengthening, working on good posture, and mobility. The open-level class will be tailored to answer the group's needs. There will always be space for precise exercise explanations, individual corrections, and, if needed, modifications.
